102- Weird Games Are Great
Formed in Sunnyvale, California in 1974 by Harry Kurek, Meadows Games started out by making Pong-Clones, but eventually expanded into creating their own originals. Notable for being one of the most innovative and unique companies, their games were inconsistent connecting with audience's of the time. Part of the "Sunnyvale Big-4" arcade companies (Atari, Project Support Engineering, Ramtek, and Meadows Games), Meadows couldn't keep up with their competition and eventually exited the industry in 1979.
